Private, personal and complimentary consultations are critical to fully answer your questions and to determine your specific needs and treatment options. We feel that it is our professional duty to educate you, not to "sell" you like many "come and go" skin and laser shops. Discover the Bella Tu Difference!

Although Bella Tu is a medical spa, all services performed are considered elective and therefore not eligible for insurance and all payments are due at time of service.

For your convenience, Bella Tu accepts cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Fees vary greatly from treatment to treatment and from unique individual to unique individual. At the end of your complimentary consultation you will be informed of all fees associated with the treatment plan(s) that you have selected

How does Extra Credit work?


It's easy!

  • Just download, print and fill out the application.
  • Bring it with you when you visit Bella Tu
  • We will fax your application to
    Alaska USA for a quick credit decision.
  • You will receive an embossed Extra
    Credit card. This card can be used
    for additional purchases at Bella Tu.
  • Extra Credit charges and payments
    will appear on your monthly Alaska USA statement.
  • No monthly payments on Same-As-Cash
    (SAC) programs. (Interest may
    continue to accumulate, but is not
    due if your balance is paid in full by the SAC
    maturity date.)
  • If you have any questions about
    your Alaska USA Extra Credit

Directions

From 405N (from Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland)
  1. Take either the I-90 bridge or the 520 bridge over to 405N
  2. Take 405N to the Woodinville/Monroe exit (Hwy 522 East & Exit 23)
  3. Take the 1st exit, WA 202 East / Woodinville and turn at the end of the exit ramp... Dairy Queen is on your right.
  4. Take the second left onto 175th Street (it is the left after going under the railroad trestle).
  5. After a block, look for the taco bell on the right hand side (big purple sign).
  6. Turn in as if you were going to Taco Bell and continue back to the center behind the Taco Bell (L shaped plaza)
  7. Look for the Tokyo Japanese restaurant in the center of the plaza and you will find Bella Tu two doors up on the right... look for the butterfly on the window.

From 405S (from Everett/Mill Creek)
  1. Take 405 S to the Woodinville/Bothell exit Hwy 522 East following the signs to Woodinville
  2. Take the 1st exit, WA 202 East/ Woodinville, turn right at the end of the exit ramp... you will see a Dairy Queen on the right hand side
  3. At the 2nd stop light take a left onto 175th Street (it is the left after going under the railroad trestle)
